These Terms & Conditions govern your dealings with us namely, Walter Wine Co Pty Ltd ABN 33 003 044 228 Trading as Walter Wines.
You may only enter and use this website if you are aged 18 years or older. You must immediately exit the website if you do not meet that requirement.
It is an offence to sell or supply to or obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years.
Delivery Policy
All goods will be sent by Australia Post or at our election by courier as soon as the payment is received. The usual delivery time is 7 – 10 working days within NSW and up to 14 working days elsewhere. Deliveries must be to an Australian Address.
A signature is required upon delivery to ensure the goods are received at your nominated address by an identifiable person who must be over 18 years of age.
Deliveries cannot be made to unattended premises nor can deliveries be accepted by persons unable to verify that they are over 18 years of age. If that occurs, the Post Office will keep the goods safe until you are able to collect them. You will be notified of the attempted delivery by Australia Post or our courier who will arrange redelivery.
All goods are examined prior to packaging to ensure they are sent in good condition. They are packaged carefully to ensure there is a minimal chance of damage during transit.
The goods are sent at our risk until signed for by you or by any other person at the address you have given us, or until they are left by our courier under authority to leave, for which appropriate confirmation can be provided by the courier.
Minimum Quantity
A minimum order of 6 bottles is required. Orders of 6 or in multiples of 6 can contain different wines by emailing sales@walterwines.com.au.
Currency
All prices on the website are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Payment Methods
We accept payments by PayPal or direct deposit.
Out of stock items
We endeavour to keep stock in hand, but are not always able to achieve that. We are rarely out of stock for a long period of time. We will advise our customers within 7 business days if goods are not available or delayed in delivery.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully.
We collect information about you to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service.

* Credit card details are stored by the respective third party that process online payments. Online payments are processed by PayPal.
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
