Great care has been taken to produce our premium range of wines starting with the highest standards of vineyard management through to the wine making process itself.

The fruit for our premium range of wines has been hand picked.

Varietal character and flavour attributes of the fruit are enhanced by our wine maker’s method of gently pressing the grapes to recover the juice with minimum tearing and grinding of the grape skins and seeds to reduce the tannins and fine solids that are released from the fruit during the pressing process.
